Biosurfactants—Improving Digestibility of Nutrients in Feed

Improving digestibility and utilization of energy-rich feed ingredients can help pork producers achieve both efficiency and profitability. By optimizing the multi-step fat digestion process, biosurfactants help improve utilization of energy from feed, resulting in improved feed conversion rates, lower production costs, improved profitability and animal performance. Produced from lecithin using a unique and patented enzymatic process, lysolecithins in LYSOFORTE^® act as powerful biosurfactants to maximize digestion and absorption of energy-rich ingredients like fats, oils and fat-soluble nutrients – like vitamins.
