It’s More Than Just Lysolecithins
The combination of the three components creates more stable emulsions, improves lipid hydrolysis, and enhances nutrient absorption compared to only using lysolecithins.
Mode of Action
Three step approach:
- Increases the emulsification of the lipids.
- Reduces the size of the fat droplets which creates a larger surface area for bile salts and lipases to interact for efficient hydrolysis of fatty acids.
- Supports the formation of smaller and more stable micelles leading to increased nutrient absorption.
This process accelerates the digestion and absorption of lipids and other essential nutrients such as amino acids and fat soluble vitamins and positively impacts gut morphology which can increase over all nutrient absorption.
