  • In 1992, Kemin developed a liquid antimicrobial, SHIELD®, that transformed how the tortilla industry prevents mold growth in tortillas. 
  • In 2004, Kemin Food Ingredients was formed which is now known as Kemin Food Technologies. We launched our first product FORITUM® R, a line of rosemary extract ingredients for use in human foods the same year.

As a leading provider of ingredients, Kemin knows how to keep your food product safe, of high quality, and appealing. Our solutions can be used in a wide range of food applications. With our wide range of products, we provide shelf-life, food safety, and yield solutions.
