Kimberly Nelson

President, Kemin Nutrisurance – North America

Kimberly Nelson is a third-generation member of the Nelson family and president of Kemin Nutrisurance, the pet food and rendering technologies business unit of Kemin Industries.

Prior to her current role, she was General Manager - North America for the business unit.  She previously served as president of Kemin Textile Auxiliaries, which operates under the name Garmon Chemicals. Nelson helped lead Kemin Industries’ acquisition of Garmon Chemicals in early 2018. She held the position of Kemin Textile Auxiliaries’ business development manager and general manager in India, helping to launch Kemin’s entry into the textiles industry. Prior to joining Kemin, Nelson spent five years in marketing in Hong Kong.

Nelson received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. She earned her master’s degree in luxury and fashion management from Savannah College of Fashion and Design.
