  • Use environmental management practices and ensure the responsibilities of environmental matters are appropriately assigned, accepted, and fulfilled at all levels.
  • Operate our facilities at a level that exceeds the regulations of any geographic region, implement safeguards to protect the environment in the processes under our control, and monitor compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage our environmental impact by monitoring and reporting our energy use, air pollution (regulated pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions), water use, biodiversity impact, and waste (packaging and manufacturing) generated worldwide.
  • Engage with our customers and supply chain partners to assess how our products may impact the environment at every relevant stage of their life cycle.
  • Promote sustainable consumption by better understanding our customers and supply chain partners' needs through collaboration and fostering sustainable solutions.
  • Prioritize the wellbeing of our team members, customers, and the communities in which we operate through our products and engagement.
  • Develop and verify our targets for energy use, air pollution (regulated pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions), water use, biodiversity impact, and waste generated with scientifically proven methods.
  • Utilize innovative ways to develop and implement programs and products that expand our commitment to the environment.
  • Report to third-party assessments to ensure external alignment with sustainability priorities within our industry and world.
