Kemin-Dow-Adesco Partnership

At Kemin, we believe that the key to sustainability begins with strong industry partnerships. We have joined hands with two industry leaders – DOW and Adesco – to take our feed solutions to the next level of sustainability.

Together we have conducted a gate-to-gate Life Cycle Impact Assessment, to quantify greenhouse gas emission using CO₂ equivalents. We then developed a liquid grain preservative – Myco CURB® ES – that has been proven to reduce CO₂ emissions up to 3 times (71%) versus untreated, aerated and dried stored grains. These results have been verified by Blonk Consultants and unequivocally demonstrate the environmental benefits of our liquid preservative-treated grain.
