Kemin has been serving the Chinese feed industry since 1984. Since then, our philosophy of addressing market needs with science and education combined with superior product solutions has resulted in mutually-beneficial partnerships based on a strong foundation of trust.

This approach helped support steady growth of Kemin products and services in China. In 2000, increasing demand for Kemin products manufactured locally in China caused us to open our first facility in the country.

Kemin has continued to grow its business in China and recently completed the first phase of a seven-year facility expansion. The expanded facility nearly doubled our production and storage space, adding 1,924 square meters to the existing facility.  When the final expansion is complete, Kemin will also have added food-grade manufacturing capabilities.

Not only does Kemin manufacture superior products, but we’re consistently recognized as a strong contributor in moving China’s economic development forward.  In 2008, the Sanzao Government recognized Kemin for its contributions to the community by honoring the company with the Prominent Contribution award.

Our regional headquarters in China is located in the coastal city of Zhuhai, in the southern part of Guangdong Province, China.
